We’re bringing them home to the Emoya Big Cat Sanctuary in Limpopo, South Africa and it will be the biggest operation of its kind.
Thirty-three rescue lions will travel on a Boeing 747 from Animal Defenders International in South America to Johannesburg International. The lions will then be transported 230 kilometres by road to their forever home at the Emoya Big Cat Sanctuary.
Your support, contributions and donations not only help bring the 33 lions home but also build enclosures and care for the lions for the rest of their lives.
We couldn’t be more proud to bring the 33 lions home to South Africa and host the world’s largest lion sanctuary.
